He doesn't deserve life, if you catch my drift.

Later in the attack, Gee attempted to stab his daughter, and further cut his ex-girlfriend as she tried to defend the baby, officials said. Gee then knocked out the woman’s teeth and tased her and both children before stealing car keys, phones and credit cards that belonged to both adults living there.

I dunno man.. I'd say life is a pretty good call, granted actual murderers dont always get life..

I'd say life with possibility of parole at 3/4 sentence. So life is 36 years if I'm not mistaken so maybe give chance at parole after 26 years or so..

yes it does, reading all that he did and facing 16 counts. So much violence against numerous family members. Looks like he had at least 1 previous incident.

Officials say Gee – who had already been ordered from a prior case to have no contact with the woman and to stay away from the property – broke into her home and pummeled her great-grandmother. The woman was also stabbed and suffered a broken jaw, which required facial reconstruction surgery.

If not life at least 20 years in a Venezuelan prison.

In America a person can get life in prison for tasing the children alone.

Here's a 99 year sentence :

The Venezuelan prison system's food and water budget is exactly at zero.

Unlimited mosquitoes though...

Seems reasonable that someone who intentionally tasers a 1 year old has forfeited his right to live in normal society.

Sly 09-15-2018 07:45 PM

A person that intentionally hurts small children to the point of possible death has given up their rights to reenter society.

Damn.

Yeah, I'm fine with life in prison for him.

Yes. He tried to kill his own child, hurt the great granny seriously, armed robbery, and those people have to live with that forever. The daughter will need counseling, granny needs surgery and aftercare, mom needs dental work ... and taxes will pay for it most likely.

He gets free housing and food, free medical and dental, no worries other than prisoners retaliating because he hurt kids. And taxes help pay for it

A restraining order is not helpful if the person is determined to hurt you.

Paul Markham 09-17-2018 01:57 AM

Yes. He clearly isn't fit to live among us.
