Saw a tv show from Gwinnett County, I think, and they kept using the word finna.

I’m finna get me some barbecue.

He’s not sure he’s finna buy that.

I called and he’s finna call back.

How did gonna become finna

My friends in NC never talk that way, nor SC or KY. Strangest word is wrasslin’ which is wrestling to everyone else.
