I heard this on NPR this morning. I had to look it up. Yes these lunatics are saying these laws that "target" minorities shouldn't be prosecuted because when they shoplift they often get probation, which leads to probation violations, which lead to them going to jail. SO they're now trying to circumvent the laws by placing these democratic prosecutors that will not prosecute these cases. How do people vote for this shit???

• Wanton or malicious destruction of property

• Threats — excluding domestic violence

• Minor in possession of alcohol

• Drug possession

• Drug possession with intent to distribute

• A standalone resisting arrest charge — i.e., cases where a person is charged with resisting arrest and that is the only charge

• A resisting arrest charge combined with only charges that all fall under the list of charges to decline to prosecute, e.g. resisting arrest charge combined only with a trespassing charge

if a country has problems with minorities then this can only be the fault of the ones in power...the ones in power create the system and it is their and only their fault if it goes wrong...

a couple of those are iffy, but in general I don't see an issue.

But seriously, the FBI already talked to this woman 2 months ago. They declined to persue it because she couldn't provide even basic details. It's also not the FBI's jurisdiction. It's a state-level crime (allegedly). And now she is refusing to respond to requests to go testify. Does not seem legit :2 cents:
