Just goto the gym, and arm wrestle everyone there. Chances are you will beat say 5% of them, and then only show that 5% in the video - 100% success ! You beat everyone !

The 95% of the losses are not shown, and you look like a superhero...

When I was in Navy bootcamp, all of the companies in training had a big fitness competition. There was this farmboy who didn't look like much, but he had ridiculous chimp strength and arm-wrestled the shit out of the biggest guys on the other teams with ease. He was also the boxing champ and not because he was an expert boxer. Once he connected with your face it was lights out. After he won three matches in a row, the remaining competitors forfeited. Sometimes you just can't go by appearance.

The most important thing is to take the glasses off. I saw a guy (he was a real idiot), who was in glasses and has shaken the bolt of AK47 at his face. The 7.62 millimeter cartridge was thrown right into his eyes. The glasses were broken and their pieces gone right into his eye.

A spoiler: medics had removed the glass from his eye, so nothing serious has happened. But once again: he was an idiot. Don't turn AK45 to your face when you shake the bolt.
