First of all, the immigration we've seen last years wasn't set in motion to supply Europe with workers. On your question regarding falling birth rates, it's very simple, the governments could if "will" was present put together a program to encourage it's population to increase birth rate. Discuss the core family, mother, father and children. I'm atheists but the church has also abandoned it's core values and discuss Islam before its main commitment. All organizations with power instead draw focus at LGBT rights. It's laughable.

simple solution would be (sort of) to do the same for own citizens as they do for immigrants
(job solutions, housing solutions etc.....)

biggest problem of young Europeans is becoming independent and moving out from parents

example being, in Croatia, average male gets married at around 30-31 years of age, all due to the fact he is in school/college until 25 and then desperately trying to save up money, get a job and move out by the time he is 30ish or more (apartment price per m2 is way over one month of average salary, which makes it impossible, and renting is half of average salary monthly)

if you have a grandfather that married at 30+, father that married at 30+ and son about to marry at 30+.... that is practically one whole generation that got skipped, meaning that people are getting older and dying out

The fall of birth rates is a good thing. Decreases overpopulation and conserves resources. Makes thing cheaper for everyone. Importing a bunch of idiots to do manual labor jobs is going to blow up in your face when that's all replaced by machines and robots. For example taxi driver is a job that may not exist in the future when we have self driving cars.

White people not having as many kids is not a reason to import the muz to have a bunch of kids instead.

I also see no reason to disclose something as personal as how many kids I have, it's further more irrelevant to this thread. What's relevant is that western society doesn't encourage an increase in birth rate as a whole.

Thats the problem OP, very few people want kids nowadays...like you for example...you will have 1 or 2 max or you already have and you will see that a 3rd is a pain in the ass...

Just 1-2 kids does not cut it...you need to make up for the ones who have no kids, and 1-2kids leads to a decline...3 probably gives you status quo...1 of those 3 probably wont have kids...

So in short, you need to pump out 4-5 to make a dent...not just you but 100.000s of your countrymen...

In Poland government had brilliant idea to help increase birth rate by givining away money for people that have 2 kids and more. monthly 120 eur for 1 kid, for 18 years duration.,uncondiotionally for every kid above the 1st one.
