I got home this afternoon after picking mu kids up from school in the car and parked my car on the drive.
It was a warm sunny day do the window was down a bit and when I parked I didn' close it fully as I expected to be going out again within a few hours.

Came back to it a few hours later and water is pouring out of the window. My whole car is filled with water. There is a hose pushed through the open window.

When I opened the door I got piss wet through as well and I was supposed to be going to an interview.

I followed the hose to a neighbors house. Know trouble makers but despite knocking on the door there was no answer.

Is this what you told your wife to get out of going to a job interview?

Wow man, thats really awful, Im sorry. These people caused serious damage to your car that will probably cost a decent amount to fix. If you were inclined, you could probably take legal action. Although I guess since no one saw the offenders the neighbors could blame it on a rando?

why didn´t they use your hosepipe, why use your neighbours? It wouldn´t be them, using their own water...

suggest asking your neighbour to shorten his hose pipe :)

Assuming this is for real, before you put in your insurance claim, be sure to visit your local phone / tablet / ipad repair shop.

For a few quid you can get some non working tech that you can place in a bucket of water for an hour or so, then present them as 'having been inside the car' when you make your insurance claim... :2 cents:

Take photos and video of the incident for evidence..

Any videotape of the incident and send to the insurance company to deal with it. they will track down the punks for you
