Do you hate it when you get a PC part and it's not as advertised?
 

So the other day I bought a laptop dock so I can hook up two LCDs to my laptop and the cord that connects from the dock to the laptop is only 2-foot long. Look at the photo below and the cord 2nd from the right is the cord and you can see it connects to the laptop. That is a 4 to 6-foot cord.

So I had to order another 6-foot cord just so I can get it to work. Would you be mad?

I contacted their support and asked for a partial refund to cover the price of the cord that would work, so we will see if they will help me out.

mad??? i would be demanding a refund! if you bought it on amazon or ebay report it :2 cents::2 cents: if they said 6 foot you better have 6 :winkwink:

It doesn't say any length for the cord but you can see in the picture that the dock and laptop are not 2 feet apart so they used a longer cord.

Like I said I emailed them and did ask for a partial refund to cover the price of the cord.

well then buy extra cord. live and learn. leave it in the reviews just don't bash them. more of consumer education.

ya, I ordered the longer cable. I just hate they used a longer cable in the picture that they are selling the item with.

When I go to MCD I know the food will not look like the commercials but when I buy electronics I'd expect it to work like the picture.

cause shameless is no western and that image makes no sense. The show is a comedy and normally has outrageous things going on with lots of sex. This year it is starting much calmer and boring.

don't really watch much horror..

But I am hyped that South Park returns tonight (wed) :thumbsup
