terror cells can get into any free nation pretty much. Immigration rules or restrictions don't really stop that. Most attacks happening in north america are local.

In this case easy. Some of them where already arrested TWO times before for preparing a terrorist attack. And they got sentenced for both and got a few months.

So this is the third time. probably will be free in two years so they might arrest them again before another attack. Or after an attack, if they forget to follow them.

First we need another political party that takes care of some laws. Than we need some police trainers from the USA that learn our cops to be more trigger happy when arresting a terrorist.
