October surprise! Trump Engaged in Tax Schemes as He Reaped Riches From His Father "President Trump participated in dubious tax schemes during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud, that greatly increased the fortune he received from his parents, an investigation by The New York Times has found. The Times’s investigation, based on a vast trove of confidential tax returns and financial records, reveals that Mr. Trump received the equivalent today of at least $413 million from his father’s real estate empire, starting when he was a toddler and continuing to this day. Much of this money came to Mr. Trump because he helped his parents dodge taxes. He and his siblings set up a sham corporation to disguise millions of dollars in gifts from their parents, records and interviews show. Records indicate that Mr. Trump helped his father take improper tax deductions worth millions more. He also helped formulate a strategy to undervalue his parents’ real estate holdings by hundreds of millions of dollars on tax returns, sharply reducing the tax bill when those properties were transferred to him and his siblings." |
Surprise.
This man has been dirty since day one. A businessman from New York? Come on. This is what winning looks like? |
It was clear back in 2016 when he refused to release his tax returns that it was for one of three reasons:
1. He doesn't have as much money as he claims to. 2. He pays very little in taxes and knew it wold look bad. 3. He has something shady going on that he wants to hide. I always thought 1 & 2 weren't that likely because they could easily be spun. He even talked on the campaign trail about how paying less taxes made him smart. Maybe are about to find out what is behind door #3. |
maybe they're planning a reality show based on a mix of the kardashians and orange is the new black.

Prick should be in jail.

I highly doubt Trump does his own taxes.

was there ever any doubt about this? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
to rack up 3500 law suits against you, you really really have to put in an effort... one thing trump is not, and this is lazy...I mean he is a crime wave :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
In other news Trump followed the tax code invested in real estate and reaped the benefits. The times is engaging in the same tactics that MRBB uses when he claims multinational corps parked their "stolen loot" aka legit profit offshore instead of getting double taxed.

They are also reporting that Trump tried to scam his own father and was removed as executor of his will.
In one of the most remarkable scenes in the piece, Donald attempted to get his father to sign over complete control of his estate in an updated will, and was thwarted by Fred, who was suspicious and ended up hiring a new attorney and removing Donald as executor of his estate. “Fred Trump had given careful thought to what would become of his empire after he died, and had hired one of the nation’s top estate lawyers to draft his will,” the report says. “But in December 1990, Donald Trump sent his father a document, drafted by one of his own lawyers, that sought to make significant changes to that will. Fred Trump, then 85, had never before set eyes on the document, 12 pages of dense legalese. Nor had he authorized its preparation. Nor had he met the lawyer who drafted it.” Donald told his father to sign “immediately.” The old man was apparently suspicious, and according to depositions later taken from the family during a financial squabble, declined to give Donald “total control over his affairs.” “As close as they were—or perhaps because they were so close—Fred Trump did not immediately confront his son,” the report reads. Fred instead went to his daughter, a federal judge, Maryanne Trump Barry. “This doesn’t pass the smell test,” he told her. “Donald was in precarious financial straits by his own admission,” she said, “and Dad was very concerned as a man who worked hard for his money and never wanted any of it to leave the family.” So Fred Trump directed his daughter to find new estate lawyers, who stripped Donald Trump of control over his father’s estate. |
At this point in the game can you really believe anything the Failing Times puts out? It's literally become a god damn scandalous tabloid rag. It's like me using the damn National Enquirer as my news source.

This is not going to stop after Trump leaves office. The lawsuits and investigations will continue until he dies.

If the only thing you care in life is money- you love Trump. If you interested in anything outside of your wallet - you will be critical. And you know who you are...
