July 26th 2018 ... I requested a new card customer support said there is a massive
backlog etc.. etc...

I'm just wondering has anyone got a new Paxum card after August 10th of this year?

Oh, you are new here it seems. My first card never arrived, just like the second one.
We have to be idiots to believe that they are really sending them.

I never had lost shipment and I am ordering various stuff online for years.

Perhaps the longer it takes your card to arrive, the longer you don't have access to your money, and they do...

The card isn't the only avenue to withdraw your Paxum funds . . .

Fucking ripoff, but it's about the only reliable way to get your funds out of Paxum.

Kind of strange that a company whose sole purpose is to shift customer's funds seems to have so much trouble doing it.

Agreed. I know it was 50 but now I want to withdraw some money and it seems it is 60. Still waiting for an answer from their support in India.

EFT is $5.. but it can take 3 days if you are lucky. More like 5-7 days and sometimes $10.

Wire is $50? But takes 2-3 days.

Ive got EFT on same day yesterday from ccbill.

Still nothing, they told me the other day to expect it soon, so in a year I should get it.

EFT was flaky at best when it was available to me. I had to resubmit some withdrawal requests several times because their 'provider' kept bouncing them back. It required a lot of work on my behalf to get the payments through - they leave it up to the customer to ask them why things didn't work. In the middle of the last round of trying to get one through, Paxum abruptly discontinued EFT withdrawals to Australia/AUD.

That was when I moved to First Choice Pay, but yeah, we all know how that went...
