Tech question about cloning a hard drive

I have two hard drives in my computer. One is an SSD and the other a normal HD. I am going to replace that normal drive with another SSD and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to clone the old drive to the new one.

When I cloned my hard drives to my WD SSD's I used the software made by Western Digital to do it and I did it via USB. Make sure to use the fastest USB port you have.
