Does your life suck?
If you're like most people, you probably feel there aren't enough hours in a day.
You put in the time. You definitely feel you put in the work. But no matter how hard you try, you still don't make the kind of money you want, you still don't look as good as you want, it's still hard for you to be satisfied. It seems everybody has a much better life than you. They are traveling to all sorts of exotic locations. They seem to make more money. They definitely have a lot more toys they show off. Maybe they are in better physical shape. Well, you don't have to spend your life miserable. You don't have to feel like you've been left behind. You don't have to think your best days are behind you. Yes, you CAN turn your life around... starting TODAY. Right here. Right now. How? First, decide to do things more efficiently. Go to lifehacks.com and find quick tweaks to the stuff you're doing. You can save minutes then hours as you get used to doing things more efficiently. It turns out you have a lot more time than you thought. Second, take the freed up time you get to start WORKING OUT. Now, now, you don't have to be a HERO. No need to run 10 miles on your first day. Just make a point to EXERCISE daily. ANY exercise will do. As you get used to your new workout routine, go to livestrong.com and adopt a more formal exercise routine and SCALE UP once things get easier. Third, improve the quality of your sleep. The reason your decisions suck or you can't even make a decision is because you don't have enough will power. What do you think recharges your will power? Short answer: SLEEP. Go to insomnia3000.com and learn how to sleep faster and improve the quality of your shut eye. Learn how to sleep for only 4 hours but get 8 HOURS worth of sleep. Learn how to FULLY RECHARGE. Fourth, GET A BETTER JOB. I don't care what you currently do and who you do it for. You can get PAID more. Go to monster.com and start sending out 2 resumes EVERY DAY. Don't get excited when you get a response. Hold out for the very best job you can get. Fifth, Get out more often. Go on staycations. Go on short trips. Whatever you do, get out and about. It doesn't have to be expensive. You can save money by using aibnb.com for accommodation. Wherever you go, step out of your routine and see the world with a new set of eyes. Sixth, get your MIND right. That's right-FEED YOUR HEAD the right way. I'm not talking about being envious or thinking about how much of a bullshit victim you are or getting racked with guilt or remorse or sadness due to Mommy or Daddy issues.... I'm talking about learning how to LET GO by being in the present moment. Go to tinybuddha.com and learn these and other SKILLS. You are only as FREE as you allow yourself to be! You owe these to yourself. Do them today. Reclaim your life because NO ONE ELSE WILL DO IT FOR YOU! |

The message I posted isn't baloney. It's the real deal. You live the life you choose. You ARE in control. You're not a hostage to your DNA or history. Every single day you're alive and breathing is an opportunity to WORK toward the reality you desire for yourself. |
get up at 4-5am...you will have 3-4 hours of quality time to either exercise or finish your work before everybody wakes up...uninterrupted focus on an activity that you would normally not have time for...the rest of the day will figure itself out...I get up at 6 because I do not lack free time but the key is to do most of your shit early in the morning and your day will be more free to enjoy with others :thumbsup

There is such a thing as a COMMITMENT "muscle" - it is triggered when we do something uncomfortable and inconvenient REPEATEDLY over an extended period of time. I also take COLD SHOWERS in the morning. Marcus Aurelius (stoicisim) dropped this gem. If you ENGINEER inconvenience and discomfort in your life, you TAKE CONTROL over your ability to deal with life's CURVEBALLS. |

just because you fall for that gobbledygook doesn't mean I'm gonna. I live a conscience life, you assuming I don't is your problem not mine. |
my previous post was too harsh to the op, I apologize. I didn't think it appropriate that he assumes I need the (very unrealistic) advice posted in that op and not only need to change my life, but would be unable to do so anyway.
those are some shitty assumptions. the fact is that if any of us need more time in the day we simply need to log off GFY for starters. |

I love every aspect of my life.
I have my four wheel drive Jeep that is a blast to drive, a sports car, and we are gearing up to buy my wife a new car next spring. I love my house. It was a model house, it's 3600 sq feet, and it's just the two of us. My wife still looks good, still has a good rack, and never says no to me. My kid is off to college and is awesome. I love job. I work with great people, I am well paid, and I love what I do. Plus I get to work from home. My wife and I also own a bricks and mortar business, and I also own a secondary business out of my home. I exercise every day, usually just shooting hoops in the morning alone and ten to sixteen miles on a road bike every night. Weekends I do more. I dropped out of high school when I was fifteen. I am a Marine, a college graduate, have lived a great life, and I love every aspect of it. |

Where did you grab the text from $5, is it a Tony Robbins motivational ad? Not pointing fingers at you but I personally wouldn't read or listen to anything this guy have to say after reading this. Very shallow approach overall focusing on individuals with a weak mindset who think there's a magical formula lol. My life strategy is my own and I don't need some snake motivator who tries to connect satisfaction with how much stuff I own.

your OP will hopefully be helpful to some (especially the work out portion) but does nothing to quiet the voices in my head and as such not of much use personally
(please know I'm kidding y'all) |

the #1 advice I can give to anybody is to get up early and free up your time early in the day... Quote:
martial arts gave me discipline...the shortest road to it is by getting beat up, getting up and hitting back...I hate to sound like a rocky 1-6 movie but it is the truth...if you can take physical pain and carry on then little inconveniences in life mean shit...they apply the same principle in the army or even in jail...pain leads to discipline and discipline leads to structure... |

OP, most of your threads are looking like a post bot put them together from collections of those clickbait ads posing as articles. Tone it down with this most-clicked fakeness and maybe start posting like you are a real person :2 cents:
|
If you want to motivate someone tell them to look at the lives of nico-t, onehunglo and the alt right shit stain brigade. Those are some lives that suck and be thankful you aren't them.
