Gab is being attacked - Censorship has won, Long live freespeech
 

As many of you know, mainstream media has put out a hit piece of social media website Gab.com for being a heaven for free-speech. Instead of mourning the loss of the victims, most of the news was centered around destroying the social network because the shooter happened to have a profile on the site. As a result, their bitch-ass hosting provider dropped them.

Where was the MSM hit pieces on Facebook when the Cleveland shooter, Steve Stephen, live-streamed himself committing murder? The argument was that facebook is not liable for what its users post, but for some reason, Gab is liable for its users' posts right?

I've never heard of Gab, but whole thing looks like Problem > Reaction > Solution

Incitements of violence are against the TOS of every mainstream business.

Saying Jews need to be eradicated, etc. is inciting violence. People gathered together to talk about how to eliminate Jews, gays, minorities, etc. is not protected speech.

Seems that way. I hadn't realized until now though how many are confused and ignorant about censorship. Nevermind them not grasping basic business concepts.

gab positioned and marketed itself as THE replacement for social media sites but when social media sites engaged gab in that battle gab gets butthurt and cries censorship.

I was on Gab a couple days ago for 2 hours and looked at the most popular posts in order from top to bottom.

Gab is gone

This just tells me you know nothing of the situation, gab was not in a battle with other social networks, it was in a battle with the "news" organizations that tried to blame the platform for the synagogue attack.

And what did you see? did you see anyone making threats or inciting violence?
