I like that its nearly the same logo..

I made a shit load of money through iBill back in the day and it only became a problem when shit sponsors abused their option to disable rebills.
Which was a standard feature back then(and probably now).

Bottom line : They took the rap because they were processing for so many paysites that had corrupt ownership.
