If this is real then the World have finally came to the final irony....This is equal in ridiculousness as gulag prisoners suing USSR for not having adequate working conditions..:2 cents:

This does seem to be real; I saw it on my news feed this morning.

I'm sorry, but... This is ridiculous. The US Constitution only applies if you are in the United States. A non US citizen outside of the US cannot use the US Government based on something that hasn't happened yet. This will be quickly shot down.

because our legal system is fair enough to allow most anyone to file a lawsuit.

in America, most anyone can file a lawsuit over anything. doesn't mean it gets tried. it very well could get thrown out prior to being heard.

heads up: their lawsuit is about what happens when they enter the USA, trump is threatening to detain them all in his tent cities immediately upon arrival. this lawsuit challenges that and it was filed by an American lawyer.

Speaking of lawsuits
How about the republicans' healthcare lawsuit against Obamacare. This should be more concerning to americans than the Caravan's lawsuit

Someone should sue the Op's parents for creating such a dipshit!

Bladewire 11-02-2018 10:25 AM

This is the problem with Trump saying publicly, multiple times, via multiple venues, that he's going to break our own laws in the way he deals with the migrants & refugees when they arrive.

Now these migrants & refugees actually have legal standing to sue based on his public comments.

As the lawsuit said, Trump bragged that he's going to stick these people out in the hot desert in tents, which is against our own laws if they aren't air conditioned and providing running water, etc.

There's a humanitarian crisis in South America and since we haven't stepped in to substantially help there they are coming here as refugees, and they have legal standing as refugees.

The supreme Court ruled last year that even though we e already reached Trump's 50,000 refugee limit for the year, people in the caravan that have family in America, can still apply and be admitted "..beginning July 13, 2017, only those individuals who have a credible claim to a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States will be eligible for admission through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program,"
