I would recommend that too but advantage of commercial VPN service how you can pick between multiple ip's and geos while with server you have only one ip/geo.

I'm looking for a different solution. OpenVPN works too but I would prefer to pay a few bucks to have a couple ips at different location

I'm pretty sure both Tunnel Bear and NordVPN provide shared ips , correct me if I am wrong.

Been using https://strongvpn.com/ as my full time VPN for years, you can get a static IP OpenVPN account.

Edit- looks like they don't offer it anymore from their homepage.
I have 2 DeluxeOpen and 1 AlaCarteOpen packages with them, but they don't seem to offer it to new clients anymore

You can get a dedicated IP from Nord for like $70/year.
