She should indeed be charged as an adult, found guilty and then swiftly executed.

All murders where it is 100% certain the suspect did it should be death penalty cases.

She may be 10, but she seems like a big girl. She could have a mental breakdown and snap. The cuffs actually protect her.

Why was she removed from her home in September? This child's life will never be the same. It sounds like willful murder but I think there is much more to this story. Ordinary kids don't stop a kid from crying by stomping on its head.

What kind of daycare has 10 year olds and babies mixed together in the same space?

Kids who are beat by a parent or both parents, or watch a parent beat the other parent regularly, beat other kids. That's the only way they've learned to deal with stress with other human beings.

There was extreme violence in my house as a kid. I got in a lot of trouble in grade school because I thought when someone made you angry you beat the shit out of them. I highly suspect this this 10 year old girl was the victim of and/or witnessed a lot of physical abuse. You disassociate yourself from the pain of the other that you're hurting.

Her new foster parents ran the daycare.

Shocking they'd let any child around babies. They'll lose their license for sure, not to mention being sued by the family of the murdered baby.

She is ten years old with 10 years of abuse from her blood family she was removed from and then placed in foster care.
