You clearly don't know how any of this works. You think Sessions was "doing the right thing"? He reused himself from it, dumbass. So deputy RR was overseeing it. Sessions resigned = new acting AG = RR not needed any more. Simple as that.. you'd have to be a hysterical dumbass to think it's some sort of "red line." Protest all you want, dumbass. In the event the AG is removed from office the Deputy AG takes his place. That would be Rosenstine. Only the Senate can confirm a new AG. Trump violated US law by appointing anyone at all directly into that position.

He has to come up with a nomination and then the Senate confirms that nomination.
