I know Exoclick has push notifications (payout weekly) in their offer but problem for me is https only too. I wonder if is it sense to migrate http->https only for push ads. As far I know, most smaler sites are still just http.

You can just start using CloudFlare and you can have SSL out of the box in no time and totally free (plus it adds a layer of privacy protection and security protection and lowers bandwidth using their CDN)... It will take just couple of minutes per website to set it up...

Better to use let's encrypt instead.
