So who thinks Jimmy Acosta will get his hard press pass back ?
Judge has rescheduled the next hearing for Friday at 10 a.m.
|
Jimmy? haha
|
I think he'll get it back. And they'll go back to bickering like little bitches. That's my prediction.
|
I voted no, based on personal experience with him. He is a DICK!
That being said, I honestly think he gets it back...let the games begin! But, I do not think the judge, if he is seriously looking at this, will side with CNN...there's NO "oh, anyone from the press/media can act like they want to and get away with it" law... You have to have proper respect...and he's not only been an asshat to whoever he's barking questions at, but it disrespects the OTHER media reps trying - repeat TRYING - to do their jobs, with all of Jimmy's asshat grandstanding! FUCK HIM! |
Fuck that cunt...
|
Why is it decided that this one individual is entitled to anything at all? He has no rights in this situation. CNN is not barred from sending an actual journalist to actual press briefings. They can send anyone that they wish to cover these events and act like a real journalist instead of attempting to turn them into a 1 on 1 debate at the expense of all of the other journalists who won't get to ask questions because of him and because of CNN.
|
Who cares? I watch CNN once a week for the Anthony Bourdain show. That's it
There's extensive precedence for Acosta getting his credentials back. He grandstands a lot from footage I've seen. That's no reason to take his credentials away though. Trumps hateful piece of shit that caused the press liars and scum everyday right to their faces fuck Trump. |
I think he should get it back. And then Dems should use the fact that it was taken away in the first place, as grounds for impeachment proceedings against Trump.
|
Trump is for sissies.

If the court says yes he will get it back. It's not Trump's house it's the people s house.
|
He's rude to others in the room by thinking he deserves the mic more than they do, lock him to the curb and let someone that wants to report the news have his seat

Trump has lost yet another lawsuit
It was just announced that Jim Acosta gets his press pass back :thumbsup It's a great day for The Constitution's freedom of speech :banana |
This is a terrible and bizarre ruling by a judge that is obviously controlled by the deep state.
This is no law that protects reporters from being removed, yet this judge ruled that Acosta's right to due process was violated. |

Your cult leader has to follow a process no matter how much you want him to be a dictator and be allowed to do what he wants! He can't sign an EO for this. "a case from the 1970s that required the White House to demonstrate a clear process, and right of appeal, before revoking a reporter’s credentials" |

Real deep statue..... |
clearly they never saw the west wing.
they should have never taken his pass away... just stop calling his name. |
Matt mad af cause Jimmy is half wet. U be aight tho.
|
This is a perfect example of Trump's judgement. If you still blindly support whatever he says, without looking deeper into it yourself... U a rightard. Especially considering Trump is a lifelong leftard... Only switched sides to get some votes.
|
WRONG! It's just a temporary ruling while the case proceeds. The judge has NOT ruled on the actual case yet.
This has nothing to do with constitutional rights. Jim Acosta has no "right" to be admitted to press breifings. If that were the case, then every news paper and amateur blogger has a "right" to be there- and the room just isn't that big. It's also the President's residence- the Secret Service decides who comes in. |
