Why is it decided that this one individual is entitled to anything at all? He has no rights in this situation. CNN is not barred from sending an actual journalist to actual press briefings. This has nothing to do with constitutional rights. Jim Acosta has no "right" to be admitted to press breifings. If that were the case, then every news paper and amateur blogger has a "right" to be there- and the room just isn't that big. It's also the President's residence- the Secret Service decides who comes in.
