Last week I took part in a our yearly turkey drive at the fire station up the street from my house. I do this every year. Last year we collected 800 turkeys for the homeless, and our goal was 1000 this year. We ended up collecting 1600 turkeys....

Some of my friends are putting on multiple dinners for victims of the fire. I wasn't involved because I won't be here.....

I volunteer all the time without having to tell anyone about it on the Internet.

My entire weekend was spent working on relief efforts for victims of the fire, including trips up to Chico to deliver supplies. Not only did we not take any pictures, I haven't mentioned what I did online. It's not about bragging rights, it's about being a better person.

I understand if you cannot relate.
