So I was all set to spend some money buying a few toys I have been wanting for a while such as an Audio Technical Turntable and a DJI Mavic Pro 2, but the prices on Amazon and Bestbuy are the same as usual, no interesting discount.

No toys for me... :(

I went to Walmart earlier and seemed like a slightly busier than usual day.. I only bought 1 $30 toy for my little one.

I don't know how the discounts in the USA are on Black Friday, but here in Germany it's totally overhyped.
You might find a steal then and now, but mostly not.
Plenty of stuff looks good a first sight (save 77%) but at second sight it's based on the initial price, which is mostly not the actual market price. After doing some math you save 8%. Wow!
Or you find really big discounts... On old phones or huge hd-ready televisions. Wow 2!

I did not buy anything. I am not an impulsive buyer. Saved some money for kokaine and hookers.

We bought two 5pc sets of Outbound travel luggage for total of $80 - regularly $460 at Cdn Tire yesterday.

Saved 80% - plus we get another 17% employee discount.

I got a $50 mouse cage from a pet store for like $23. It's for a baby mouse I had caught but then escaped a few days ago. I know it's still here. I've put a few live traps out I also bought today.


Best Buy had a MS Surface Go for like a little over $300. Decided not to. I don't know anything about those tablet-laptop things. Tons of big deals out there for low end laptops. Especially Chromebooks.

I was watching something online but their discount is a lie. 30% off everything but I wanted a $29.95 item. $20.95 plus shipping.

Last week it was on sale for $18.95 with free shipping.

It’s a Christmas gift for me but I’m not letting the gifter spend that much. I’ll wait for another sale right before the holiday.

The prices on big television sets was unreal. 45” smart tv for $188 with usual price at $699. I’d bet each store had two for sale only.

Just bought a few video games. It's popular in Canada, gotta admit nobody can beat Amazon. order at 6 pm and receive the next day even with a postal strike.

I do all of my shopping online at this point. Whenever I decide to buy something I just price compare online, and find the best price.

Never did do the black Friday shopping thing.
