Yes, its all in your head guys, just empty your mind, we have busy lives and lots of things to worry about.
Also: 1) your favorite relaxing background sound 2) your favorite show (that makes you happy or relaxed) 3) don't eat heavy at night 4) meditate 5) walk a dog 6) basicly anything that relaxes you Oh and turning off your cell also helps. |
