If you have trouble sleeping, the trick is to get out of your head.

Play something like this on your phone as you're in bed. Just loud enough for you to follow the stories. But not loud enough to disturb you once you pass out. You probably won't make it past 2 or 3 stories before you're sleeping like a baby. And having really fucked-up dreams.

Yes, its all in your head guys, just empty your mind, we have busy lives and lots of things to worry about.
Also:
1) your favorite relaxing background sound
2) your favorite show (that makes you happy or relaxed)
3) don't eat heavy at night
4) meditate
5) walk a dog
6) basicly anything that relaxes you
Oh and turning off your cell also helps.

Take a shower
