Paxum ATM withdrawal problem
 

I am trying to withdraw money (international), tried 2 different ATM banks. But i am unable to withdraw funds.

Anyone has the same issue?

Im in the UK and around 2 months ago i posted on here that i was having the same problem. Iv had to order a new card. When i was putting it in the cashline it was saying something like "this card is not compatible with this machine" . Other cashlines just told me to insert card correctly. What is yours saying?

It says something like "temporarily unavailable to process this transaction"
I rarely use if for ATM withdrawals but if i need a quick cash, it's a headache.

did you use it before and it worked ?

Since i started using PAxum, ATM withdrawal never worked for me.

Just type in google search "paxum problem forum" check first place on ranking. You will know everything.

Again this shit. Withdrawals to external MC is not working again. Withdrawals to Visa is not working for a while now. I simply don't understand how a company like this has problems all the time. As usual, support is non-existent.

Can't withdraw to Mastercard or Visa.

Paxum is pretty much useless.

I miss using my Paxum card :( . . .

I'm having a slightly different issue, I'm trying to transfer funds from Checking to Card and it doesn't work :((

Checking to Card works for me..
Card to Checking is not.. there is no drop down box for Checking, the "loading icon" is just spinning around.

So i am trying to transfer between my Mastercard USD to Checking USD, but as you can see from the above image, there is no drop down box.
The loading icon is just looping forever.

Tried incognito, other devices.. but still the same.

you can't transfer money from Paxum Mastercard
once your money is on your Paxum Mastercard, you use it at ATM or online
that's why you have no drop down...

You see, this is this type of thread that mislead people...
I have been using Paxum for 8 years, never had a single issue with them....

This function (Paxum card > checking account transfer) was indeed disabled several years ago. Been mentioned a thousand times on here.

They seriously need to reorganize the entire company. Nothing works at the moment! Transfer to "the new temporary mastercard" is not working either. Transfer to external cards is not working. EFT takes ages, same as wire. How the fuck are we supposed to use our money? This is incredible. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
