Your system ask me change password. I do it. Autorization code has been send on email. On email which is died 1 year ago...But I did ask your support change email 1 year ago and new email has been setup as secondary to my account. I write to support. Got message:
"You will be notified by email when a reply will be posted. You can also view status of

Ruth, i see the trouble when i try to transfer my money from a wallet to a temporary debit card (that i got in july yeah!).
It says "Error 404
Funds were not transferred. Please try again later"

yeah, this occurs quite often currently. it's probably due to some limit set by Trucash. as more and more people receive their card and make transactions, Paxum should increase the limit for account > card transactions.

My first temp card was "lost" so I submitted for new one .. and then on 24 Oct you deleted that new one card and created Paxum Prepaid Card (SEPA) and still nothing.

So what happens???
