CAMSPOWER Holding our payments and refusing to clearly say why
These people have me so pissed off right now. They have not paid last 5 payment periods and I still don't know why, other than it strongly looks like they want bully us into creating more whitelabels/send more traffic first before releasing our payments.
We have been with d'agency/adultcompany/xcams-partners/camspower since 2010 without any problems. Not to get into much details when we moved from Netherlands to Aruba we encountered insane valuta change/wire fees on receiving wire transfers on our new business bank account. Switching to firstchoicepay gave problems, because camspower has dollar and euro accounts, and we couldn't get paid in euro on our dollar card. Camspower was very unwilling to help switching our euro account (an account they created with our info from one of their other programs) to dollar, and in the end they stopped replying. We ended up with multiple accounts at camspower and only wire transfer as an option when payoneer died. Fine, besides a waste of transfer fees, not a huge deal. But that's the reason why we really didn't focus on building more traffic for camspower So they didn't repond to our request to help with payments, They did however keep mailing me asking about more traffic and creating more whitelabels. https://i.postimg.cc/3NsLGYS1/email.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/3W5hzfCy/mail3.jpg Now i have good longstanding relationships with many programs, who go the extra length when you have a request/problem. In return I have no problem promoting their new sites/updating our sites according to their request. But this has to work both ways! I have told them I'm not interested in changing our sites payments were fine again after that So about 6 weeks ago I discovered on one of our accounts they stopped paying. Opened the following ticket: https://i.postimg.cc/j2b3j3PW/tkt1.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/d1pkRg41/tkt2.jpg So they say they aren't holding my payments because I don't reply to their mails, yet they also don't say why I'm not getting paid and ask me to reply (again) tot their mails first. I have clearly answered his mails questions. Then they proceed to start asking about my traffic source. I still don't know exactly why we aren't getting paid. But if holding payments is their way to force affiliates to get them more involved with the program that would a strange tactic. And they basically have you by the balls because they have your money, the only thing I can do is post this on as many related sites I can find. I'll also ask them to reply here |

I don't know who to blame here, but I know this, Camspower Step in and explain your side.
It is Unacceptable not to get payment for all the work an affiliate put into sending traffic. |

I'm very surprised to see this topic on GFY. First time in 10 years... and I will answer with a short message because It's bad from you to share wrong information. First of all, not so easy to join you in general and so difficult to have clear answers from your side. Disappointed too see you post screenshots of our conversations with comments. Secondly, if I have asked you these questions, there is a reason... I don't do it for fun. My messages were very clear (and please don't mix messages about promotion and messages about payments). We have seen some fraud as all the different platforms and i'm sorry but your accounts were 'suspect' apparently. CamsPower is a platform who always pay affiliates (except fraudsters!). Then I totally understand that, and it could have been explained/resolved directly What I still don't understand is why it takes over a month to get to the reason for the on hold payments Also I have said 3 times I would post on gfy if we wouldn't get paid or at least a straight answer before actually posting here |
Also I didn't mix messages about payments and promotions, I asked straight up Why aren't we getting paid, then camspower started asking to why I don't awnser mails about promotion. without actually answering my question about why our payments are on hold

To close your topic: 1/ It's not only because you have 2 accounts with us. 2/ It could be solved in 1 hour! On my first message, I have suggested you to add me on Skype to talk about the situation. It wouldn't have take a month if you didn't wait a week to answer to my messages each time... 3/3 times? Only 1 but no problem, it's your choice. I'm glad that you had time to post here and not share with me information about your traffic at the beginning of our conversation. Anyway, problem resolved. |
1. Ok then the actual reason after 6 weeks of back & forth is still unclear to me
2. I actually probably would have added you on skype if you said, there is suspicious activity on your account that's why we aren't paying or whatever the reason, in stead of referring to emailsfrom you who asked for more traffic/layout design. 3. Actually I told I would be posting on gfy 22 November on 2 December and on 6 December again, not specifficaly meantioning gfy but industry boards in general. But yes problem resolved. |
