Federal prosecutors said in a new court filing that President Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen should spend significant time in prison — saying that while Cohen did provide useful information to investigators probing Russian interference in the 2016 election, he refused to disclose everything he knew.

The filing was made Friday as Cohen prepares to be sentenced next week in two separate cases, one involving campaign finance violations and lying to a bank, and another in which he admitted to lying to Congress about efforts during the 2016 presidential campaign to get a Trump Tower built in Moscow.

Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lied to prosecutors about his contacts with an associate who has Russian intelligence ties and his contacts with the White House while he was under investigation, according to a filing by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office.

BuzzFeed's reporting strikes again, Mueller confirms that Cohen got contact info for a Russian individual in 2015 (ID'd by BuzzFeed as Dmitry Klokov). Mueller says Klokov offered the campaign “political synergy” and “synergy on a government level.

This is Mueller just using him as a scape goat when this useless investigation ends and finds ZERO Russian collusion. Cohen would dime out his mama if it could save him from going to prison. He told him everything but that everything was ZERO collusion.

I, for one, hope trump wasn't colluding with Russians. But it ain't looking good.

Trump only picks the best felons, the ones that know how to get caught very well.

My 5 eyes says that Mueller knew every phone call and every conversation day one of his investigation, all he had to do was connect the dots..
