Ann Culter viciously attacks Trump on lying about building "much of the border wall"

Estranged Trump supporter Ann Coulter on Tuesday lashed out at President Donald Trump for blatantly lying about having built large sections of his proposed border wall.

On Twitter, Coulter posted a link to a fact-check article from the Washington Post that took the president to task for falsely claiming that much of the wall had already been built.

“The White House failed miserably to achieve its objectives on funding for a border wall, receiving relative peanuts,” the Post wrote of the president’s boasts about the wall earlier this year. “It sought $25 billion but ended up with 5 percent of that. Moreover, the money came with strings attached so that it could be used only for fencing, not the ‘great’ and ‘beautiful wall’ promised by Trump.”

Coulter shared the Post’s assessment and accused Trump of trying to trick his supporters into believing the wall had actually been built.

“Even a Washington Post reporter knows that not one inch of Trump’s wall has been built,” she wrote. “Does Trump think his supporters are dumber than a WaPo reporter?”

Coulter may have been set off by a Tuesday morning Trump tweet in which he falsely claimed that “people do not yet realize how much of the Wall, including really effective renovation, has already been built.”

The president also insisted during his combative meeting with Democratic leaders Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer that much progress had already been made in constructing the wall.

Not about the lawbreaking and trampling on the norms of our democracy? She's pissed that he didn't build a stupid wall that isn't needed? Fuck her.

It's just comical, that's all. I wonder if these conservatives are all working in concert to deny reality as one elaborate hoax. But that would be giving them too much intellectual credit. To be so hyperfocused on delusional perceived calamities and turning a blind eye to all of the other crazy shit, which is basically everything they do or say ----to me it's just being a traitor to your country.

Nobody wants a wall in reality. Everybody says they do, just to be a part of the crowd. But they haven't really put any thought into actually building a wall from the pacific ocean to the gulf of Mexico... That also stops boats somehow.

Maybe they should start a "build the wall" GoFundMe page. Let "the people" prove themselves actually worthy of wearing that red hat.

Well Ann Coulter is wrong. Why? Simply because I don't agree with her politically. By the same token, Trump is wrong too.

As for the wall? The caravaners from Honduras came here because they heard we were building a wall and were hoping to get hired on, to help build it. Therefore, Trump has up to this point refused to start building it. Apparently, its out of spite, because it seems he simply doesn't want Hondurans and Mexicans to have good, well-paying jobs.

And its funny how you people don't want a wall built, either. It seems, just like Trump, you don't want Hondurans and Mexicans to have jobs. And you have the gall to call Trump racist, when you're clones of him.

I'm just saying...
