The Clinton Foundation “began acting as an agent of foreign governments ‘early in its life’ and throughout its existence. As such, the foundation should’ve registered under FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act),” he said. “Ultimately, the Foundation and its auditors conceded in formal submissions that it did operate as a (foreign) agent, therefore the foundation is not entitled to its 501c3 tax exempt privileges as outlined in IRS 170 (c)2.”

“Whose minding the store, looking out for the donors and minding the rule of law,” said Doyle.

“On that note, we followed the money so we made extensive spreadsheets of their revenues and expenses, we analyzed their income statements and we did a macro-review of all the donors, which its a very (jumbled) sort of foundation,” said Doyle. “Less than 1/10th of one-percent of the donors gave 80 percent of the money. So we follow the money.”

Moynihan added that the foundation “did pursue programs and activities for which it had neither sought nor achieved permission to undertake.”

Particularly, he noted the case of the Clinton Presidential Library in 2004. He noted that the foundation’s role before and after library was built was a misrepresentation to donors “of the approval organizational tax status to raise funds for the presidential library programs therein. In these pursuits the foundation failed the organizational and operational task 501c3 internal revenue code 7.25.3.”

Additionally Doyle stated that the foundation’s intentional “misuse of donated public funds.” He stated that the foundation “falsely attested that it received funds and used them for charitable purposes which was in fact not the case. Rather the foundation pursued in an array of activities both domestically and abroad.”

They were using the "foundation" to do payoffs.. Her foundation would pay into whoever's "foundation" she needed to get a vote or whatever from... If she needed approval for say, Russia to take over 20% of US uranium, she just payed off the people through her foundation..Including but not limited to Mueller who personally delivered uranium samples to Russia... Comey who also sat on the committee that approved it along with her..

Notice that Onward Together is registered in North Carolina... She registered it there because she figured no one would look there I'd guess. She has no ties to NC.. There's no tax advantages to registering a non-profit in a certain state other than maybe income tax for those getting paid. There's no telling how much of those hundreds of millions she has hidden..

While I have no doubt many donated to the Clinton foundation hoping they might of gotten an advantage, there's yet to be any proof of that.

Compare it to a Mar-a-Lago membership... where it can CLEARLY be shown its pay to play, Australia's Anthony Pratt is a clear example. Hint take a peek at the subsidies his company's getting not the spin on what he's spending.. aka zip, except for American/ Australian tax payer money.

Not at all. If something is accused of wrong doing, we should have an investigation. However, Republicans keep investigating Hillary Clinton and to date over dozen investigations have all come back with "no wrong doing". At the same time, one investigation has returned with thirty (?) indictments, people going to jail, and people pleading guilty (and then again going to jail).

If someone believes Hillary Clinton has done something illegal, then by all means let's have another investigation. However, at a certain point you have to step back and say "We are wasting tax payer money for no reason" and the people demanding investigations need to be held accountable for this. Again, keep in mind I do not like Hillary Clinton at all and pray she doesn't run again. At some point we have to accept the Republicans are just outright attacking a former US Senator and former US Secretary of State only for political means.

On other hand we have Trump.... Who is obviously guilty of multiple crimes, possible collusion, and maybe even treason.... And Republicans in Congress don't seem to be interested in investigating this at all.

That's fine. This is how democracy work. The Democrats will have the power to launch investigations next month. You can rest assured they will launch investigation after investigation, which will bring down the President of the United States and perhaps even some Republicans in Congress.
