America becoming greater again, day by day...

So now... A president of the United States.... and his family... Is so fucking incompetent... That they are not capable of running a charity foundation.
Stunning. |
Delusional OP thinks this is a good thing for Trump. :1orglaugh
If none of the below were true they wouldn't have agreed to dissolve it. This is a civil version of a plea deal. The lawsuit alleges that under guidance from the Trump family the Foundation was involved in “a pattern of persistent illegal conduct, occurring over more than a decade, that includes extensive unlawful political coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing transactions to benefit Mr. Trump’s personal and business interests, and violations of basic legal obligations for non-profit foundations.” |

And in other news Al Sharpton Sells Life Story Rights to His Charity for $531,000 https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...harity-531000/ |
Which one of Trump's businesses and enterprises isn't a scam? Not Trump U, not Trump Foundation, not Trump Inaugural Committee, not Trump Casino, not Trump Campaign, not Trump University. He must have done something honestly at some point in his life, right?
|
Lol, "but Al sharpton" time?

BOOM! Trump admitted to running an illegal charity and he couldn't even do that without getting caught. So he admits guilt in a plea , pays a big fine, closes the charity, can't serve on board of other charities for awhile. |

Remember OnwebScam was saying for months that Mueller was actually investigating Clinton, not Trump and Flynn was the inside man to take Clinton down :2 cents: |

These investigations are going to end up being the most profitable part of Trump's legacy, what with all the asset seizures and fines. Winning! :D

It shows he a fucking criminal you moron.. |

I've always known you were in the top three. Comments like this only reassure me of that belief. The painting that Trump purchased was from a celebrity painter at a charity auction. The money went from Trump to that charity. |

It is disappointing that shitlibs would harm people in need just so they can shut down Trump's charity. It's disgusting. |

PS: say Hi to the dummies .... |

Looks like Trump is now down to just 16 investigations.

I guess you can now donate to the Clinton Foundation... You know because it hasn't been forced to shut down due to criminal activity.. |

It's great that shutting down the scam charity has no impact on the AG charging the family for their "non profit" "charity" crimes as criminal referrals were sent by THE AG to the IRS :thumbsup

Here is the part onwebcam forgot to mention....
Underwood said Tuesday that the agreement "accomplishes a key piece of the relief sought in our lawsuit earlier this year. This is an important victory for the rule of law, making clear that there is one set of rules for everyone," she said in a statement. "We'll continue to move our suit forward to ensure that the Trump Foundation and its directors are held to account for their clear and repeated violations of state and federal law." The lawsuit isnt over, that was just the 1st win.. it wasn't a deal to end it.. The scam foundation is now done but now they go after the directors.. aka Trump and his dumb kids.. |

From Forbes:
Additionally, the Donald J. Trump Foundation, which has come under previous scrutiny for self-dealing and advancing the interests of its namesake rather than those of charity, apparently used the Eric Trump Foundation to funnel $100,000 in donations into revenue for the Trump Organization "And while donors to the Eric Trump Foundation were told their money was going to help sick kids, more than $500,000 was re-donated to other charities, many of which were connected to Trump family members or interests, including at least four groups that subsequently paid to hold golf tournaments at Trump courses." Trump took money from sick kids. . . that is straight up supervillain kind of behavior. |
