Justdge to Flynn: "You Sold your Country Out"

https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-ne...ing/index.html

Quote:

Judge Sullivan harshly admonished Michael Flynn for acting as unregistered agent while serving as the national security adviser, leaving open the possibility of jail time for Flynn.

Quote:

“All along, you were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Adviser to the President of the United States. That undermines everything this flag over here stands for. Arguably you sold your country out."
Sullivan says he could impose a sentence of incarceration.

"I am not hiding my disgust, my disdain for your criminal offense," Sullivan said, straining his voice and taking a brief pause. "Yes, your honor," Flynn said, though he was not asked a question.

Just like certain GFY'ers here...

"I made a statement about Mr. Flynn acting as a foreign agent in the White House," he said. Sullivan added that he realized that was incorrect.

Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack said the foreign lobbying Flynn did ended before the Trump administration began.

Sullivan also walked back his treason questions. "I'm not suggesting" Flynn committed treason, Sullivan now said.

"I was just trying to determine the benefit and the generosity of the government," he said. "Don't read too much into the questions I ask."
Van Grack said Mueller's team has "no concern" or no reason to think Flynn committed treason.

Sounds like the judge was going to lay the smack down on his ass. Lucky for Flynn the judge offered them the option to delay sentencing

onwebcam 12-18-2018 10:59 AM

He delayed the sentencing because of that.. He's going to remove himself is my guess.

Sounds to me like they are going to sweep it under the rug. They were clear that any wrong doing was before, and unbeknownst to the new administration

Shameful that Trump supporters back Flynn who openly admitted to working against Americas interests on many different fronts, and working as a secret agent for turkey for $600,000 while he was working in the Whitehouse as Trumps National Security Advisor.

It's unfortunate that Trump supporters will support ANYTHING that ANYONE on team Trump does because "my team". Sad

Why would he remove himself?

You Russians will never understand our criminal justice system.

Lets see how it pans out. If he’s guilty he’s guilty. It’s clear that supporting trump has nothing to do with flynn as anything flynn did was before, and unbeknownst to the trunp administration. What part of that is unclear? I support my president, just how I supported the last president and the one before him. I have no allegiance to flynn. He deserves a fair trial and a fair sentence. That’s all.

Shameful that you don't realize the Clinton Foundation was doing the same thing for over a decade disguised as a charity.. While she WAS in office. The judge corrected his mistake.. The same mistake YOU are making... skewing the facts.. It didn't happen while he was in office...

Let me give you a little clue as to what's REALLY going on here... People are accepting responsibility.. Trump, Flynn, Cohen, etc etc..

Who isn't? hmmm shall I list the names? Ah, no need. They will be listed for us soon enough.. The only question then is, will they then accept responsibility?

I've said it before and I'll say it again.. It's all a show, a script.. Dems were "allowed" to steal the house back before the near annihilation of their side of the coin happens.. Meanwhile you have what you see before us.. They couldn't risk losing the 2 party system.. Couldn't risk losing control.... So Dems were given a leg to stand on.. And yes, even Trump is playing along in the script...

Rochard 12-18-2018 11:54 AM

Someone who has worked for a foreign government should NEVER EVER be allowed to work for the White House.

I guess it's a good thing Hillary isn't President then eh? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

BTW he's was lobbying... Happens all day every day...

His "partners" were indicted yesterday.. In said indictment it makes it pretty clear they lied to Flynn and his lawyers about what was transpiring on "their" end.

Yeah, that's not clear at all.

Hillary never worked for a foreign government. Ever. She's never done any lobbying.

Everyone in Mr. trump's orbit is being charged, found guilty, or pleading guilty, and then facing sentencing. Everyone.

Oddly enough, Flynn is still working with the Justice Department on "third investigation" and no one seems to know what this "third investigation" might be. I am going to go out on a limb here and take a guess that it's not parking tickets.

They always revert to Clinton or Obama when shit hits the fan with Trump. Deny & divert. Trump supporters of the most dishonest people in society.

They can never focus on what is happening right now today with Trump.

Yes, but he also issued a stinging rebuke to Flynn, which was the entire point.

Do let's have you try and keep up better, hmmm?

His statement still stands: “All along, you were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. That undermines everything this flag over here stands for. Arguably you sold your country out.".

8 years of Obama = 0 indictments

2 years of Trump = over 100 indictments , 34 guilty pleas , 6 prison terms sentenced

Wake up Duke :2 cents:

Now that I think about it, the guy is a traitor and he should be happy to roll over for the feds...and he should also be hung in public.

That's what happens at a sentencing hearing but this turned into something completely different.. What the hell that was no one knows.. The only thing that's for sure, either Sullivan is a great actor or he's going senile.
