Quality Publishers Money Upfront
 

Hey we are looking for Quality publishers. We can do Flat-upfront money or we can do 80% rev share. We offer passback for unsold traffic, so you can work with multiple networks (if you like that option for your hard to sale traffic). Mainly looking for Popunders and pre-roll. I will consider banners on the right site. We can also offer/create special ad types for those that are interested.
