Does anyone know if czechcash.com is still going strong and paying?

Probably, but they increased their minimum to $300, you now have to submit an invoice to get paid, and there is now a 90 day hold on the first payment. I think that hold goes down to 60 days after that. And, they discontinued affiliate referrals. *If you promise to pay for referrals, I send them to you, then you stop paying me for them, how is that any different from stealing?

Any similar programs with content like theirs that are better to promote? I've got some good gangbang traffic that's going to waste right now.

I don't recommend them either.

They take forever with payments, it's always a worry that they don't pay in the end.

I have done well with Euro Revenue in the past with that style of traffic. German Goo Girls might not be exactly what you are looking for but you may be able to spin it into something that works.

If it were me? FameDollars has Devil's Gangbangs and is a highly reputable program with lots of sites in just about every niche you can think of.
