Bills don't wait for later on. There is rent /mortgage/ utilities/food. It's like 40 percent of Americans couldn't come up with $400 for an emergency. The ones really fucked hard are the contractors, they dont get back pay just a fuck you.

See as long as these poor people have to work with no pay there is no motivation to stop this. Now if shutting down the gov, meant everything is really shut down. Then it would be very very different.
