2020 will be a huge shitshow for Democrats.

You can already see it unfold. Half the party will accept nothing but a black bisexual non-binary muslim tranny that wants open borders and reparations paid by whites to non-whites, and the other half wants an old moderate white dude. You can already see the infighting and division. And I love it. That division will ensure Trump's legacy till 2024.

pimpmaster9000 01-27-2019 05:23 PM

Shitlibs are going to win...hillary beat trump by 3.000.000 votes and she is the crappiest possible candidate...muslim tranny commie is your next potus...deal with it...

2MuchMark 01-27-2019 05:51 PM

Get ready to cry, hillbillies.

Seems that many have either forgot or are unaware that Trump is the last president

kane 01-27-2019 06:30 PM

The Republicans had a shit show of a primary in 2016. There were so many candidates they had to split the debates into groups, Trump and Rubio were bragging about the size of their cocks, Ben Carson looked like he was ready to fall asleep at any moment, then when they did finally pick Trump all the controversy surrounding him happened and yet he still won. I can't imagine the Democrats having a worse shit show than that. If Trump proved anything it is that all bets are clearly off and anyone can win.

I'm sure back in 2016 you were laughing and saying Trump didn't have a chance.

You still haven't learned your lesson

Will either side learn the lesson that voters are sick and tired of both parties making them poorer?

but that would mean the Democrats would need one crazy lunatic to run for them this time.

i think i put this on record several times now, i'll revisit after the elections.

but i think the democrats will destroy each other and if now also an independent candidate will run, its a homerun for Donny

I disagree. I think Democrats will go at each other, but I don't think it will matter much in the general election. Hillary was an historically disliked candidate who angered half her base by doing shady things to Sanders and was under active FBI investigation, not to mention she has all the baggage the Clinton name brings with it and Trump still barely beat her.

No matter what comes of the Mueller investigation, I think Trump will have a very hard time getting reelected. He has done nothing to expand his base and everything to enrage his opponents.

aimike 01-28-2019 01:07 PM

President Trump’s resilience, despite two straight years of the most negative media coverage of any president since Lincoln (at least 90 percent negative according to studies by the Media Research Center that analyzed nightly broadcasts) is a sign that he has a devoted base that will stick with him. The most recent unemployment applications are the lowest since November 1969 (when there were a lot fewer Americans at work). There are powerful initiatives underway to continue to increase American jobs and economic growth.

The left will do for Trump what it did for President Reagan and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and what it is currently doing for Prime Minister Theresa May (who is surviving because the alternative is so terrible). A few more proposals for 70 percent tax rates, sanctuary states, tax paid health care for everyone including illegal immigrants, open borders, anti-Semitism, and anti-Israeli hostility, and the Democrats will begin driving away everyone but the hard left.

if you look at absolute numbers and disregard the outdated (and racist) electoral college - yes

Democrats want to get rid of the electoral college because its causing them to lose :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Yes. She had the lowest favorability rating of any candidate in modern history. If she was that unliked and still got more votes, what does that say about Trump?

Absolutely. It came down to Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. It was expected that Hillary would win these states. Had she, she would have won. As we all know, she didn't and lost. In an election where around 140 million votes were cast it came down to a combined difference of about 40,000 votes spread out over these three states that ended up being the difference. I would say that qualifies as barely.

Trump had the lowest favorability rating, not Clinton.

You are correct. I looked at this https://news.gallup.com/poll/197231/...or-images.aspx and read it wrong.

Trump was lower and Hillary was second lowest. Still, that is terrible. She was a terrible candidate. . . well, maybe not at the start, but after the fiasco during the primaries it went sour.

And without Jill Stein, it might have happened.

Thats why an independent candidate will be the death to the Democrats

Goldwater had the second lowest favorability, not Clinton.

According to that chart Goldwater was 3rd worst. Hillary 2nd and Trump 1st.

And we can argue about how much Clinton was disliked - but everyone knew that if she runs, they would tear her apart on emails, Benghazi, her husband etc - no matter how much truth there is to it (which nowadays nobody seems to care about anyways).

And the Democrat party fixing the process with super delegates and changing primary results to avoid Sanders didn't help either.

Almost any other candidate than Clinton would have demolished Trump - she was the worst choice of all.

Exactly. To me is shows the weakness of Trump as a candidate. The Democrats pretty much did everything wrong and still damn near won, and got a more actual votes. If they get their shit together and pick a good candidate, it is going to be hard for Trump to beat them. That said, I am of the opinion that Trump will not run in 2020 so the Democrat will be facing someone other than him.

Trump is running and he's running for the same reasons he ran for 2016 - money, ego & power but mostly for the donated money he gets to keep when he loses.

I am of the opinion that the Mueller report will be very bad for Trump and/or his family. The Dems will scream for impeachment, the Repubs will not want to impeach but will be under serious pressure, so in the end they will cut a deal with Trump and he will either step down or announce he is not running for reelection in order to avoid legal issues.

I don't see Trump as being that wise.

Trump's whole presidency has been about him being a victim and fighting against the deep state.

Mr Pheer 01-28-2019 05:18 PM

I don't see it as voting for a particular candidate anymore.

I'm voting against you leftist that constantly act like spoiled children

The right could put Mickey Mouse up there and I'd vote for him just to watch you fuckers cry and scream and throw a tantrum for the next several years.

Cunts.
