SEGPAY Billing Processor - No Technical Department?

Is there even a tech department at the Segpay billing processing center? I continue to email [email protected], without ever receiving a response.

The vast majority of my subscribers sign up with my site https//www.trueamateurmodels.com though my PRIMARY processor (CCBill) and are always able to log in perfectly fine, so there's absolutely nothing wrong with my website. However, I've been using Segpay as a SECONDARY processor and it seems like nearly half of the customers that sign up though Segpay are never able to log in correctly, until they contact their customer service department.

I don't know if there is an issue with my settings, the POSTBACK information ...no idea whatsoever, and nobody will ever bother to contact me back. The customer service department is never any help at all. I NEED to speak with someone in their TECH department.

Any suggestions? I'm tired of receiving emails from customers that are unable to log in ...without Segpay even doing anything about it in order to correct the issue. This is absolutely crazy.

Try reaching out to Cathy if tech support doesn't get back to you as quickly as you need them to. She's super-nice and will make sure any issues you have are resolved quickly.

Ray -

If you can't get it worked out, you might take a look at flipping to epoch for your secondary. You can still cascade so your ccbill affiliates get credit, and you get the bonus of being able to offer paypal as a payment option :)

:2 cents:

That's what I was thinking. In fact, I've already contacted them. What about my Segpay members though? Keep them active, but move from secondary to third? I definitely want to continue using CCBill as the primary though.

Depends on how many you have, if it's worth paying the Visa/MC fee's for the year. Might be best to email them and have them cancel out and re-sign with ccbill or epoch :2 cents:

Can you even pay affiliates for the Segpay sales through CCBILL?

Or are you hiding Segpay for affiliate traffic?

Email was bounced back. I sent them another email from a different email address and received a response. I suppose I'll see what happens.

It looks like the issue is being worked on. I was finally able to start communicating with a tech. Must've been my emails not getting though to them for some reason. I'll have to look into they they're not getting them.

Anyway, glad that the ball is rolling now. :thumbsup

Thank you. :)

I believe the issue was actually with my email. I am in contact with someone right now. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Glad to see the issue was on your end, and that you posted as such. We've been using Segpay for at least 15 years and can say they have top notch tech support that's always extremely quick to reply. :thumbsup
