He got elected. How he wants to build said wall but dem dems are being assholes by not allowing it or compromising.
To force their arm he shut down the government but instead of compromising dem dems decided to wait 3 fucking weeks without allowing workers to get paid. Even when Trumps government wanted to pay workers dem dems rejected it.
