Buying something decent
 

Not really.

We only deal in properties that make money and can make a lot more.

We get offered many properties and we turn most down.

Even if we don't have exactly what people are looking for, we can help the buyer find what they want.

So it's not that hard.

Granted if you don't have a decent budget to spend you won't find anything good. But if you're willing to spend a decent amount of money you'll be fine.

We don't handle anything valued at less than 50K USD for that reason.
