Is there an easy to use program out there that would let models upload their pictures and video clips via a browser and make that content available for viewers? Kind of like piwogo, but with video support?

I remember on themeforest seeing a few themed "communities" like that you could buy for a few hundred bucks or less. Some were even done in WordPress.
