You could create your own VPN on a cheap server.

It's possible though that they only wanted to block them for their paysite domains. Scammers often use VPNs to join paysites.

You could ask them if it's really necessary to block VPNs for the NATS domain madcheddar.com. Could be a mistake/collateral damage, maybe they didn't think affiliates also used VPNs.

Yes it does help but i find it annoying how some programs block login if you use VPN, and dont use whitelist at all. VPN have many legit uses, for example if you router have security hole, you will still be safe if you use VPN.

A lot of 'regular' users are surfing behind VPN's these days - Most of the time they don't even know it - They just got caught up in the privacy hype and downloaded software that they don't really understand...

Also, a significant percentage of ex-pats use it to watch streaming services from their home countries.....

I did some limited testing, they're blocking a whole range of non VPN Australian IP addresses.

Not only are they retards for suing downloaders, they're retards for having a broken website for webmasters and even more retarded for blocking non VPN address ranges.

I don't think their main business is selling memberships, I think it's suing people. So as I said on another forum, there's a special place in hell for them.

I think it’s an authoritarian move. Lansky thinks his stuff is art, therefore he would take it as an affront that it’s being stolen. That being said, their stuff really does sell. I’ve seen their numbers in an accidental dump. I believe it could also be that things have leveled off and this is another revenue avenue. Who knows, but I think this type of draconian measures are deleterious in the long wrong to the health and reputation of the company. Does Lansky own mad cheddar and porn tube? Or is he a figure head like Fabian was for mindgeek. I don’t see some frenchie porn director owning both a big tube and a big production company and affiliate network. Something seems off, and one of those things would definitely be out of his wheel house
