What do you want to run on it?

vpn, proxy, small static website, email forwarder.

Get a Vultr 1GB RAM Instance, that will be perfect.

You can sift through https://lowendbox.com/ if you want to look for something really cheap... but the offerings there often have limitations (like limited OS choices) and their quality may be variable.

For a few bucks a month I'd just go with (and already do go with) Vultr.

A bit more than what you were looking at right now, but Mojo has VPS accounts starting at $10.

Got an SSD VPS from https://www.ovh.com/ca/en/vps/ for like 3-4$/mo .. can handle even hun traffic via CF :)
