Paxum RUTH urgent
 
Hi,
I signed up for Paxum years ago using an email i no longer have access to now. Recently after logging to Paxum I was forced to change pass, I did it and it sent a confirmation of the change to the old email.
What to do now ? I have both old and new pass, I just cant confirm that email

no problems with Paxum, it works fine. it's not Paxum's fault that you use an email you have no access to. you should have changed it in time. anyway, I'm sure Ruth or Paxum support will help you with this, just contact them directly, no need to create threads on internet boards.

Yes I also think so as its quite a simple task. I already did this with coinbase, and some other Services. I couldnt change it in time because I lost access to this email suddenly after losing my phone with Google authenticator on it.

My driver license expired soon so i need to update some doc as requested by paxum in email but when i log in paxum my profile area i get this :(

Anybody else ?

I get it sometimes too, probably false alarm... got something like that on Paypal once... but better let them know about this so they can investigate.

I have a question...do you really think starting a thread on GFY is a better way to deal with this then messaging support/ruth/chris? Did you message them or are you waiting for them to wake up and check GFY? Their system isn't broken, your situation isn't something that's very common and may happen to many others from this board... I'm sorry but that just sounds like you're asking for attention.

Sorry, fuck off - They handle other peoples money as their business - They do what they have to do to ensure the customer trusts them - If they don't they get threads like this and lose customers...

are you fucking retarded? it's OP's fault that he uses an email he has no longer access to, not Paxum's. it's not affecting other customers. and as I said, I'm sure Paxum support will help him with this specific issue, if he contacts them directly. they don't monitor GFY 24/7.

You got me there, I shouldn't have used that word. :) For my excuse I just woke up and I wasn’t thinking straight.
What I’ve meant though is that the common sense for someone who deals with financial institutions is to contact them directly asap (instead of seeking contact at 3rd party places, expecting fast positive outcome) And they are prepared to resolve such situations, not a big deal, one just usually needs to confirm his identity.

I’m not ashamed of this board neither working in this business. :) My first money I earned here. :)

I'm sorry if that came out as too critical. I do think people who don't read this thread carefully will think this is negative feedback, which is why my comment. Hope it gets resolved for you and you're right - we do need some threads to dilute all the politics.

Unapologetically Paxum deserves negative feedback.

5. Paxum does not have a functionally working support system, tickets go unanswered, problems arise and often the only recourse is to bring it to forums.

I have a longer list but this will suffice for now.

Paxum deserves to have as much light shone on it as possible. :2 cents:

I've never understood it. All I can think is people wanting to hide money, which is understandable but it seems in the end they always end up losing a lot more, in many ways, than they get long term.

Processing for porn is high risk and paxum is one of the few left standing...you are trying to compare mainstream processing with adult and pretending it should be easy...it is not...they had a ton of problems but bounced back...shit happens...most of us do not have a viable alternative and for now paxum works fine for us...beggars cant be choosers etc...

Limited options for many in non-major Western countries.

Let's say you are an affiliate in Italy or Hungary promoting 20 different sponsors. Maybe you send the average sponsor $100 worth of sales a month. It's not practical to get sent a check, the costs of cashing it are large. Not many sponsors provide PayPal payments. Not worth getting a wire, way too expensive for that. A service like Paxum is then your only option if you want to get paid regularly and don't have large volume.

We have a few clients paying with Paxum that use it as their primary "intake" as they have few other options. Whether they use the card or not, I'm not sure. I have a few business Paxum accounts and don't have cards for any of them, I either use them to pay other vendors or do a wire request which is fast and fairly cost-efficient.
