$500 Visa and Mastercard Fee
 

If your site is on a server in Canada, does Visa and MasterCard still charge the $500 a year fee for adult?

It doesn't matter where your hosted, it matters where your business is setup and ran from :) So if your in Florida, then Visa/MC fee's will apply to you base on US rules and reg's. And if you have more than 1 billing platform, for instance ccbill and epoch, you then get to pay those fee's x2 :Oh crap
