Selling banners and an email list from a chat website
 

I own a chat website, its non-english (Croatian) and its non-adult but i have over 10.000 confirmed emails with around 75 new registered each day and they have never been mailed before.

Chat gets visited by over 5000 visitors each day.

I am looking for an advertising opportunity but i am not interested in revshare deals.
