Shopping a specific domain for a site 70% men 30% women. Ages from the late twenties to early 60's

Are you branding the site the same ?

I would follow the search term traffic numbers.

Natural in use name flow is always best.

If you build it, they will copy. Always best to protect your brand.

The correct spelling is always first choice. The plural is generally second choice.
If you have the chance to corner market you buy first four in this list and you won't be giving away your branded traffic.
