Houston narcotics officer to be charged in deadly raid
 

HOUSTON — In a bombshell development, the undercover cop who led a drug raid that ended with a deadly shootout last month is now the target of a criminal investigation.

The narcotics officer lied in the search warrant affidavit about a drug buy that never happened, Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo confirmed Friday.

sounds like a hit... the drug sacks of money in that state are deep. you don't sell dope where you fucking sleep! they broke the rules :Oh crap

No evidence of drug dealing found.. The cop "swatted" him I'd say.. Had some beef.. From what I understand, they entered and immediately killed the dog.. That pissed off the homeowner and he started blasting them. They in turn killed him and his wife.

Dunno, but apparently this cop has a long history of this sort of thing. In fact apparently several very similar instances of people claiming he set them up..

"The undercover case agent in the Jan. 28 Pecan Park raid had been involved in multiple shootings, racked up a smattering of written reprimands, faced several lawsuits and is currently accused of fabricating a drug deal then lying about it in court to win a conviction against a man who has long maintained he’s innocent, according to a Houston Chronicle review of internal police records and court documents."

It says right in the article that the FBI will not disclose any information.....they have been protecting dirty cops for a very very long time :disgust

i don't think it's police they are protecting... the families of these assholes
