you pressure a country in to corruption like the USA has been doing to venezuela since 1999...then when the government is forced to "dictator up" or get owned at elections the USA will buy anyway, then the crisis hits and the USA offers "aid" and comes as the "savior" offering a solution to a problem it created in the first place...the USA will say "look they went from the highest latin GDP to poverty! bad bad socialism"...this venezuela thing is faker than saddams invisible WMD...the government now looks "bad" because it is refusing invader bribe aid that makes their puppet "democratic" leader look good...

there is no democracy for small countries...the USA will make sure of this...its win/win for them...the wars must go on so the force can be "projected" and the $$$ made...
