Paxum Card Owners - Step inside

Hello,

So I have been using my paxum card to pay my hosting and I used it for shopping too but you can no longer shop in aliexpress.
Anyway, I noticed that I have been charged an administration fee of 2.5% for payments I'm making in US currency.
When in their site says:
"If a purchase transaction is made on your cards in a currency other than US currency, you authorize us to deduct from your card balance and administration fee of 2.5% of the converted amount"

Correct me if I'm wrong but you only get charged if you pay in other currency than the US right?

I have contacted their support (Trucash) and I have been told that payment was made to a merchant in Montreal FR FRA.
Sent them the invoice with the statement and they and they sent me a form to fill for a dispute.
lol?

Anyone in the same situation?

Will they take Paxum directly instead of using it as a credit/debit card?

No, OVH won't take Paxum.

They accept Credit Card or Paypal.

They have this fee popup explaining the 2.5% fee. But my purchases are made in US currency I don't understand why I'm being charged
