Non US members of GFY
If the elected leader of your country threatened to use violence against his political foes by turning loose the military, police or thugs.. What would the reaction be? Would you ignore it or would you demand that offical be removed from office?
Russians need not reply as you do not have a elected govt. |

It's dumb false accusations like that, and you guys acting hysterical (this thread), which causes people to abandon the dem party. Keep going, Trump's approval keeps going up :thumbsup https://i.imgur.com/V4UqWqb.jpg |
well, this is our president
https://visegradpost.com/wp-content/[email protected] He's holding up an AK47 with a bottle of Becherovka as magazine that he got as a present and that he joked using against journalists. The difference though is that he has not much real power, that everyone (besides some of his die hard fans) knows that he's a certified alcoholic and slightly insane and that on a world scale nobody gives a shit who's president of Czech Republic. |

very few countries have democratically elected presidents...our entire region is made up of puppets...every single one of them....they could get away with pretty much anything they are told to do...

I'm mainly asking 1st world democracies. Places like France, Germany, the Dutch, Sweedes Uk is a Monarch but still somewhat Democratic, , ect..ect.. Countries where the people's voice actually matters. I'm pretty certain the people of these countries would not let something like this stand with out massive outrage. |
^^ Crockett is truly hysterical. The scientific term is 'Fake news induced Trump derangement syndrome.' :1orglaugh
Trump's done nothing wrong and is doing a great job. Get some better news sources, not Dailybeast :1orglaugh |
Do you mean like targeting groups by the IRS? Using a fake dossier in order to spy on you political opponent via ALL of your intelligence agencies and even some abroad? This list could go on and on..

So what "democracy" are you talking about, guys? It's a peasant aka proxy voting system which has came from XVIII century - from the times when most of the US men were illiterate farmers, women and colored people had no right of vote at all... even indirectly. A democracy my ass :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh 2AIDSwire: Yes, I learn about your country. I bet that I've been to more US states than you, and I do respect the USA since it's still the 1st World's economy and a huge source of the International money flow. |

---------- Here's the unedited in context Breitbart article : President Donald Trump says he expects “to do a very big number” regarding an anticipated executive order on free speech on college campuses potentially next week. “When they don’t allow free speech, we’re going to do a very big number,” the president responded when asked by Breitbart News’ Deputy Political Editor Amanda House about the executive order he teased during his speech this month at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) hosted by the American Conservative Union (ACU). “You know we give billions of dollars to these universities and they won’t allow free speech? That’s not what our country’s all about,” he said. “I’ll probably be doing it next week,” Trump revealed, adding his administration is planning to make it “very tough.” As for general tensions between conservatives and leftists, Trump observed: It’s so terrible what’s happening. You know, the left plays a tougher game, it’s very funny. I actually think that the people on the right are tougher, but they don’t play it tougher. Okay? I can tell you, I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump – I have the tough people, but they don’t play it tough until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad. But the left plays it cuter and tougher. Asked by Breitbart News Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle what his advice is to his supporters when they are under attack, Trump replied: “Well, I tell them, I told Covington I love the way they’re doing it. They’re going to teach people a lesson. The [Berkeley] young man that got hit, he’s going to become hopefully a rich man. And he’s suing the university, he’s also suing the wise-guy that did the hitting him.” During this part of the interview, Trump specifically also mentioned recent incidents at Berkeley and Portland State University, where respectively a protester punched a Trump supporter and where a protester continuously rang a bell in the face of a conservative who attempted to speak. After noting that the left plays it “tougher” than the right, Trump said it is “disgraceful” and “terrible.” “When I see that – what’s going on on college campuses, when I see that young man get punched in the face, when I see that other one with cowbells – you know what I’m – I thought that was disgraceful,” Trump said. “I can’t believe that any one would have let him do that. If I was speaking, I tell you, there’s no way I would have been allowed to just stand there like that and keep trying to make a speech [while] the guy’s ringing a bell right in your face. You can’t even – that was a terrible – Did you see that picture? Did you see? You know what I’m talking about? I thought that was really terrible.” Alexander Marlo https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...bly-next-week/ |
americans pretending they have democracy and not an auction :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
2020 blue-red auction coming up...who will pay more to win?...how exciting!...but fear not! you can buy more "Democracy" from one of the 12.000 "lobbyists" in DC in the post auction period :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh what...a....fucking....joke... |
This is how a real $$$democracy$$$ works: https://www.google.com/search?q=wall...+lobby+offices
Even a stupid moron knows the rules of this simple game. http://dcewboipbvgi2.cloudfront.net/...?itok=0M_aNYGu The same thing which is called corruption in Russia has yet another name in the USA: A POLITICAL LOBBY. That's a legal way to sell and buy the so-called democracy for $$$. When Clinton was funded by Saudis (yep the same guys that have attacked NYC WTC in 2001) it's absolutely ok in the USA, while in an extremely corrupted (yes, it's not a sarcasm, my country is really extremely corrupted because of Putin and his gang) it's a treason which is being punished by a very serious jail time. |

When anyone suggests making goods in the West that are now totally made in the 3rd World, people scream about the costs. Corporations and the elite are responsible for offering the cheap goods, we are equally guilty of accepting them. Then we wonder at the high costs of high unemployment, low wages, poverty. :upsidedow |

CORRUPTION! cough cough* can you imagine the absolute joke "democracy" we have thanks to the USA?... the only 2 possible choices realistically are: 1) a domestic dictator with domestic cronies 2) a foreign puppet with foreign controlled cronies I would pick #1 any day all day long...fuck your "democracy" :thumbsup |
