Hey there, selling my porn site (embedded tube) which I've created at the mid/end of Jan. 2019. The site is now starting to grow. Ranking for over 300+ Keywords (AHREFS) and steady growing traffic everyday. As you can see, it is in the cosplay-porn niche.
The site runs with the WP script retro theme and 2 plugins. So total cost for the setup alone was at around $130, not including hosting cost (which is at around $15 / month).

There are no spammy links pointing to the site, so everything is fresh. I had 2 domains which had a trust flow at around 20+ (they were viral content sites) and I redirected them to the porn site to see what happens, and the search traffic did increase indeed. (just so you know that there are 2 or 3 domains redirected to it)

I agree with you, you can do all this stuff very quickly, just getting a growing amount of organic traffic every day takes time.

Well I got that re-creating my set up is not rocket science, but what I'm asking for is the value of the traffic.

of course no one will pay $650 for such site with embeded content, no traffic and revenue. get some stable traffic and revenue ($100+/month) and then $650 will be realistic.

My domains Touchmypp.com and CamvLive.com which both forward to my white label under cb has around 400 unique hits daily (with a 32% organic growing rate), 10-14 minutes average weekly session duration, 20% bounce rate, generates $1,500-$2,000 profit monthly ($7,000-$10,000 in sales) I receive about 4-5 free sign ups daily organically and could provide any other info that may be needed to determine the appraisal of my sites.
